Bought 2 pairs. One was perfect, the other started out very gritty and stiff to open, but after applying a lubricant and working it open and closed several times, it seemed to get better.

These little pliers are just great!
Nice fit in my hand so really comfy to hold and they have a small neat nose, so fabulous for those tight detailed areas.
And for the price, well I think I may have to try the others in this range.
