Step One

With the glue gun attach one of the turquoise bases on to the tiara band.

Step Two

Arrange the two fuchsia bases points up and slightly left and right of each other, then place the other turquoise base at the back with the point in between the two fuchsia ones. Glue these together.

Step Three

Glue these on to the base and band with all points upwards.

Step Four

To make the leaf effect. open the roll of white silk covered wire, leave a 4cm tail and make 3 loops of different sizes, leave another 4cm tail and cut wire. Wrap the two tails over the base of the loops to secure.

Step Five

Space the loops out then pinch the top of the loops to create a leaf shape.

Step Six

Repeat steps 4 and 5 making a 4 loop, then using the pink silk covered wire make one 4 loop and one 5 loop. Arrange these on the fascinator around the bowl and glue in position.

Step Seven

Take 3 of the long stem feathers and glue together. Repeat to make another. glue these to the fascinator under the leaves top and bottom.

Step Eight

To make the flower, start by cutting a rough 11cm x 11cm square from the turquoise fabric. Cut 8 more in descending size until the last square is a rough 4.5cm x 4.5cm. we cut in turquoise, pink and white order.

Step Nine

Using a candle, gently pass the edges of the largest square over the flame until the edges start to curl. Repeat for all the squares.

Step Ten

Stack the layers in order then using a needle and thread stitch them together to secure them.

Step Eleven

glue the flower to the center of the bowl.

Step Twelve

Cut the turquoise feather pad lengthways, glue them around the front edge of the fascinator base, crossing over half way. Repeat for the back edge.
