Step One

Wire together two hair combs with 0.4mm wire joining the last two prongs together at the top so that the twisted sections are bound together. Leave any length of wire attached to be used later.

Step Two

Cut approx 40-70cms of 0.4mm wire and using the tiara twist method make several sprigs of pearl and Swarovski elements leaving enough length of wire to attach the sprigs onto the comb.

Step Three

Using a selection of flowers and leaves attach in place to the comb by wrapping the end around a couple of times and trimming off the ends.

Step Four

Taking a sprig made up earlier place one length of wire to the back of the comb and the other to the front and wrap each end around the comb a couple of time to hold in place leaving the ends to use for filling in later.

Step Five

Work all along the length of the comb attaching your flowers, leaves and sprigs repeating steps three and four until you are happy with your design.

Step Six

Using the ends of wire left attach pearls to the base of the comb all the way along covering the wrapping with pearls.

Step Seven

Trim the ends of wire close to the comb base and tuck in any loose ends making sure no ends will snag in the hair.
