Bridal season is here and this beautiful necklace will make a huge statement on any beautiful bride. This piece would also look amazing with a LBD giving your look an instant classic look. We want to you share your final designs with us via social media, so don’t forget to post them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

NB:To make a matching bracelet use the same method but use a 17cm length of chain.

1

Step One

Using round and flat nose pliers, attach the toggle clasp to the ends of the chain with the jump rings.

2

Step Two

Thread a pearl onto a feather head pin, bend the tail of the head pin to form a right angle. thread through the center link of the chain.

3

Step Three

Place the end of the round nose pliers against the pearl and bend the tail of the head pin back over the chain link towards you, wrap the wire around a couple of times in between the pliers and the top of the pearl to form a wrapped loop. Trim the excess wire.

4

Step Four

Wrap 2 pearls on to every link of the chain, one top, one bottom.

5

Step Five

Repeat this all the way around the necklace, working in small sections to the left and right. You may find it easier to work on a jewellery bust. Leave the last four links of chain free either side of the clasp.
