If you love fascinators and vintage fashion, follow this step by step tutorial to learn how to make a stunning head piece perfect to wear at the races or any special occasion. To complete this tutorial, you will need Pheasant feathers, a feather base, a gold cambric round fascinator base, 1 x bronze satin cord covered tiara band and 1 cabochon of your choice. For this fascinator we have used a brown agate cabochon to compliment the brown and neutral tones present in the pheasant feathers. The contrast of the gold base adds further interest to fascinator, transforming the finished design into a must have statement accessory.
