How to Decorate a Lampshade with Gemstones

You Will Need:

Gemstone Lampshade

Step One

Thread 6 of the eye pins with a quartz round, a pearl and a quartz round. Using Round Nose Pliers make another loop at the end of the eye pin to secure the beads in place.

Step Two

Thread the other 6 eye pins with a pearl, a quartz round and a pearl. Again finish each eye pin with another loop.

Step Three

Open a jump ring and push it through a pinch pleat where the fabric has been stitched together. Place two eye pins, (one of each combination) onto the jump ring and close.

Step Four

Place a jump ring through the next pinch pleat and bring one of the attatched eye pins across and hook the loop onto the jump ring, then add another eye pin of the alternate pattern and close the jump ring.

Step Five

Repeat step 4 all the way around the lampshade.
